Adept Cavity Barriers are providing their services to a large transformational project delivering a world class development, incorporating residential, retail, leisure and community facilities.

The two-stage design and build contract is the first scheme to be commissioned under TfL’s Civils Project Framework, which supports a £4bn roads modernisation programme in the Capital, delivering the enhancement and refurbishment of tunnels, bridges and other structures.

The Old Street Roundabout island was removed to form a new peninsula-style junction, reintroducing two-way traffic movements and converting the existing roundabout into an open and accessible public space.
